What to expect
When does the preview start?
Your seven-day preview starts only when you save your first complete position, after adding your balance, payday and upcoming costs.
Do I need a card for the preview?
No. Account creation and the free live preview do not ask for payment details.
What happens when the preview expires?
Live updates and reminders stop. Your last result remains available as a read-only position so you can decide whether to continue.
How does annual billing work?
The annual plan is £24.99 paid upfront for a year. That is approximately £2.08 per month and saves £22.89 against twelve monthly payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly and annual members can cancel from their account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not retrospectively refund time already paid for.
Does ClearTill connect to my bank?
No. There is no bank connection or Open Banking. ClearTill calculates from the balance, dates and costs you enter.
What information does ClearTill retain?
Your account retains the information you enter so you can return and update your position. You can export, reset or delete your data from your account controls. See the Privacy Notice for details.
